ISO: Special Meal

Hello! I am a male who loves to cook. I know my way around a kitchen and do a lot of cooking with my wife. What I would like to ask all you great cooks out there is to please give me your best recipe for veal. I want to make my wife a great dinner ( without her knowledge of course ) for our upcoming anniversary, and she justs loves veal. Any dish is O.K. from simple to elegant, I will try my very best to make your dish so that you would be proud.
