ISO: Starbucks Mallorca Sweet Bread - Would also love this recipe

I, too, would love the recipe. I used to get these when I lived in SoCal, but they don't carry them in Washington. I've tried making Mallorcan sweet bread, but it just doesn't come out the same (and though I would be more than happy to use lard, it's very hard to find these days unless you want to use the hydrogenated stuff, which I do not). The Starbucks version does not use lard, so I don't think that's a major difference between my recipe and theirs. I used an "authentic" recipe from a Portuguese person who posted on their blog, but it didn't have the same soft flakiness the ones from Starbucks have.
