ISO: Starfruit (Quick bread recipes?)

A neighbor friend just gave me several ripe starfruits from her tree - I'm not particularly fond of them raw or in salads, but was wondering if there's some way to chop them and use them in a quick bread recipe (like peach bread, or mango bread, banana bread, only starfruit.)
