ISO: Steak & Ale macaroni salad

I am looking for help with the recipe for the macaroni salad on the salad bar at Steak & Ale. It is such a simple recipe based upon what you can see when you look at it. It's elbow macaroni, grated cheddar cheese, poppy seeds and I have no clue what else. Not sure if they use sour cream, Miracle Whip or mayonaise (combination of all?), garlic/onion powder or what. I just can't get it right. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
