ISO: Substitute for lemon frosting mix in Easy Cheesy Lemon Bars

My mom used to make Easy Cheesy a Lemon Bars using Jiffy Lemon frosting mix. The frosting mix isn't available any more. Does anyone have a recipe that has a substitute for the dry frosting mix? I would prefer to not substitute with the canned frosting.
