ISO: Sugarless jams and jellies

I would like a couple of receipes for some jams and jellies without sugar to make for my Mom(diabetic). I have looked in cook books but they call for sweetnlow and I don't want to even use that. Please help.
I am also looking for a receipe for a friend, he had some cacti cactus jelly and would like to have the receipe to make it him self.
