ISO: Honey in Jams and Jellies

We have a person who has bees on some of our hay fields and we recieve about 5
gallons of honey a year. I have tried to use honey in my jam and jellies but
have not had success. Can anyone help me. How much do I use and any recipes
would be great. Thanks
