ISO: Swedish Flop

Misc.

Here in the Midwest there is a filled "coffee cake" called Swedish Flop. I believe it is more coffe-cake-like than cake-y and it is split horizontily and filled with a thick filling. Perhaps whipped cream/topping and something else? A friend called and asked me if I had a recipe as a local bakery that made this has shut down.
