ISO: Texas Chili with Corn Bread Dumplings

I found this recipe in a magazine about 8 years ago and have since lost it. It is for a Beef Chili that you drop Corn Bread batter in to make dumplings. It was very good and I'd appreciate it if someone else could provide me with the recipe again.
