ISO: TGI Fridays Dulce du Leche dessert

Just tried one of TGI Friday's new desserts - Dulce du Leche - and I would adore having the recipe! The menu doesn't specifically call it a cheesecake but it does have that sort of texture. It doesn't have to be TGI's specific recipe but anything close will work! Thanks to anyone with any suggestions!
