ISO: The Frog Commissary Carrot Cake

I am looking for the recipe for carrot cake made by The Frog Commissary in Philadelphia. It was published in a cookbook which is in re-release, and one of the reviews said the recipe for the carrot cake was worth the price of the book. Carrot cake is my husband's favorite and I would love to surprise him with a special treat.
