Recipe: Nutty Albacore Salad Pita Sandwiches (using canned tuna and raisins or grapes)

NUTTY ALBACORE SALAD PITAS

1 (6 1/8 oz,) can Starklst Solid White Albacore in spring water, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup diced celery
1/4 cup raisins (or 1/2 cup grapes, halved)
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or almonds)
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed (optional)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
FOR SERVING:
2 pita breads, halved
4 lettuce leaves

Combine Albacore, mayonnaise, celery, raisins or grapes, nuts and dillweed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Line bread halves with lettuce leaves. Divide tuna mixture among bread pockets.

Makes 4 servings
