ISO: Tofu or yogurt based breakfast shakes

Misc.
I'm searching the internet for recipes using tofu
or plain yogurt as a base for protein shakes for
my daughter. She has a hard time eating breakfast.
I want to avoid protein powders if possible. The
only flavors she would be interested in would be
vanilla, chocolate and pineapple. Does anyone know
where I might find recipes?
