ISO: Travis Henderson II of Newport's Seafood

Misc.
I would like to make this recipe, but, I don't know what "blond roux" is, or where to get it.
Also, what is "bain marie"?
Please tell me where to get it or if there is a recipe, post the recipe(s).
Is this to be served on Crab Bakes, and other seafood?
Thank you very much!
