ISO: Turkey for 75 Using Roaster Ovens - Feeding the Flock

Misc.
Feeding the Flock

I will be roasting the turkeys to feed approx. 75 people. How many should I cook and is there a difference in the models of roaster ovens as to the instructions? A few friends are loaning me their roasters and I have lost my book for model #168962.
Thank you. Shirley
