ISO: veal and eggs for Easter

Misc.
A friend of mine had an aunt that is Italian and made the same dish every year for Easter. She passed away and no one knows what the name of the dish is. It has veal and cooked eggs in it. She was from Italy, but I'm not sure if it is a traditional dish for Easter in Italy or not. If you have any ideas what this dish could be please help! Thanks.
