ISO: Vita Mix Recipes for Fruit Ice Cream and Soup

You mentioned using fresh fruit to make ice cream. Can you give me the recipes? I bought a Vita Mix several years ago (I'm not even sure what model), and had loaned it to someone for about 4 years. I just got it back and am looking for recipes. The fresh fruit ice cream sounds great. I'd also be grateful for any soup recipes.
