ISO: warm soupy tapioca chinese dessert
Misc.I don't know what this dessert is called, but I find that it is served at chinese seafood restaurants (at least in the L.A. area). It's kinda a soupy sweet tapioca that is served warm. I've googled "chinese desserts" and have found nothing. The closest thing I've found is probably the red bean soup; and it's similar only in texture.
If anyone has the recipe or at least knows the name of this dessert, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!
Pregnant woman with a craving,
Marianne
