ISO: wedding brunch ideas

i am hosting a brunch weddnig reception for 130 at an art museum in may, 2006..11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m....HELP???? i will have an omelette station and a ham carving station...BUT that's where i'm stumped....i need "unique" ideas for other items to serve...i want the guests to say, "hmmm, that's different and GOOD too!" of course, i am also on a budget! any and all suggestions are welcomed...
