i cannot say that i have...although i did run across fritatta recipes in several cookbooks like "joy of cooking" it's like a denver omelette in a pan cut anyway you want. it looks like that's what i am going with. no offense to anyone on the board, but texans want "good food" that isn't too fussy or cutesie....i need hearty, but tasty different recipes...
