Yum!
Misc.As a fellow Texan, I think that sounds really great. I've lived most of my life in East Texas. There is a place in Tyler called The Potpouri House (sp?). Anyway, I went to a wedding there and they had someone carving ham into cubes and it was so good. They had a Raspberry Chipolte sauce and a really good mustard that you could dip it into. The Raspberry sauce was yummy- spicy and sweet! It made it just a little different than just plain ham.
Good luck on the Wedding Brunch!
