ISO: weinerschnitzel hot dog sauce collection

Years ago an employee of der Weinerschnitzel let me buy the HUGE can of chili sauce! My whole family had a chili dog party and it was aweseome. Since then I have be unable to talk them into it. and so I have been searching for the recipe forever.
I was wondering why there is no chili powder in a chili sauce?
also does anyone know how to locate a Stater Bros grocery store? and lastly what do you find is the best hot dog to use when making the chili dog? I have found all meat Oscar Mayer to be the best so far. appreciate your help. thanks
