ISO: What did I get myself into??? (cold appetizer needed)

For some reason I offered to bring an appetizer to the family Thanksgiving lunch this year. I must have had a moment of absolute insanity! I mean, everyone knows I CAN'T cook, right? I am desperately looking for something easy and preferably cold to prepare. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
