ISO: What to do with turkey tenderloins

Misc.

I bought some turkey tenderloins and I don't have a clue what to do with them. Does anyone have any ideas?? Are they more or less interchangable in chicken recipes? It's so hot here in Texas- we're trying to stay away from the grill until it cools off. Thanks for the help.
