ISO: Yen Ching Restaurants Garlic Chicken

Misc.
I've tried to duplicate the Garlic Chicken recipe from Yen Ching Restaurants in Indianapolis, Indiana. Nothing I try has really captured it.

Does anyone have the recipe or a good copycat version?
