ISO: Zucchini Recipe

Many years ago I had a Farm Journal, Freezing and Canning Cookbook. I loaned it to a friend and never got it back. Anyway, I am trying to find a recipe from the book for making a pureed zucchini mixture that is then frozen and later used as a soup base. I think it also contained onions and chicken broth. If you have the book and recipe, I would greatly appreciate having you post it. I am anticipating a large harvest of zucchini.
