Thank You: AJ in response to cracked cheesecake

for replying to my cheesecakes cracking....I use all the methods you suggested except for the room temp on all the ingreds especially the eggs. Mine usually cracks not when it comes out of the oven but while it is baking and it rises and then goes down again. I use the recipe with 5 eggs and 4 cream cheeses and 1 pint of sour cream...common recipe. I make cheesecakes all the time and tried other recipes and they all seem to get a crack. thank you for replying to this problem.
