Gwendolyn, I am just dumbstruck about the huge effort you put into answering my request! I didn't even think I'd get a response, and you explained everything that I will need to try my own versions. I will use the Knorr's Hunter's Sauce... seem to remember it was a popular standby. Thank you so much for your help!
