Thank You: Canning Peppers

Misc.
Thanks for responding Walter. What is alum? I have never used it before or how to buy it. I was boiling the brine then putting the jars in a bath for 15 minutes then letting them cool. So you don't need to do any boiling bath for your peppers? Thanks for all your help.
