Misc.I've made quick bread recipes of various kinds with oil, tho I've never tried it with biscuits before. I'll keep your info in mind as I experiment, and if I come up with a good substitute recipe, I'll report back. I really appreciate the help - I'm sure you've saved me at least one batch of sodden biscuits!
