Thank You: Celery Root & Chestnut Soup

How kind of you take the time to locate the soup recipe and type it all in!

And to suggest alternatives for some of the ingredients was very thoughtful. I may not have attempted the soup otherwise... I live in a rural area have my doubts about fresh tarragon & miso, and will use fresh chestnuts rather than dried.

I'm going to give the soup a trial run tonight. It sounds delicious. I'm excited about serving a few things extraordinary for Thanksgiving. Mom may think there is hope for me yet!
