Thank You: Copeland's Tiger Sauce

Thank you for sharing your Copeland's experience and ingredients for the Tiger Sauce. I now live in Orlando and so miss the Tiger Sauce. You have brought a touch of home. What makes it redder...It still tastes great but I cannot duplicate the red color. If I try to add more Tabasco it gets too hot.
