Try equal parts of prepared horseradish sauce, ketchup and ranch dressing. That is as close as I could come to it. A waitress told me it was equal parts cocktail sauce (basically horseradish and ketchup) and Ranch Dressing. It worked best for me when I used bottled horseradish sauce....not just grated horseradish...and equal parts ketchup and Ranch Dressing.
