Thank You: Creme brulee

Yes on putting the ramikins in a water bath and cooking about 40 min. I'm going to try a Vanilla Creme Brulee this week end. (I'll cross my fingers).I think from your discription my first Brulee was a bit thin. Is there a way to thicken it up that you know of? Thank you for the input.
