Gina, another classic menu - thank you. Despite having only the two of us for Easter dinner, now I'm wishing for carrot cake.
It just wouldn't be the holidays without your delicious recipes and ideas. I'm looking forward to trying the side dishes soon at a work potluck.

And, Nancy: the plum glaze looks like a perfect foil to ham. Will copy that for a keeper!
