Hi Maureen!

Happy Easter to you and your family!

If you ever have a hankering for Carrot Cake, please do try the Silver Palate recipe, it is absolutely the best and you won't be disappointed, it delivers with a "WOW" factor.

As you may have noticed, my menu got smaller this year since it is only my DH and me, used to have a buffet menu for when family and friends came over but those days are over since the family lives in another state. Oh well!
