I'm trying Eye Round of Roast with Golden Mushroom Gravy as I write to you. My roast was smaller (3lbs) and I used youor amounts of soup and lipton mix. I hope that I will get more gravy and not mess it up. I've only cooked an eye roast once before and it came out like shoe leather. I'm hoping to have your results!
