Good Morning my friend. I enjoyed reading all the cake information that you posted. Very good technique(s) & advice. I printed some of it for my own use & information. It would behoove anyone interested in cake baking to do the same.
Kelly, In the banana/stawberry cake recipe, I did notice that one of the ingredients is yogurt. I thought I would mention & as you know there is a yogurt product "BANANA-STRAWBERRY" sold in the supermarkets, that can be a option in this cake for anyone that is interested in experimenting as I like to do. It comes in 6,oz & 8,oz tubs depending on the dairy.
