Recipe: Abracadabra Ritz Bars (using Ritz crackers, chocolate, coconut and nuts)

ABRACADABRA RITZ BARS

48 Ritz Crackers, divided use
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Arrange 16 crackers in single layer on bottom of greased (9x9x2-inch) baking pan.

Coarsely break 20 crackers over layer in pan. Top with a layer of coconut, chips and walnuts. Coarsely break remaining 12 crackers over top layer; drizzle evenly with condensed milk.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and set. Cool in pan completely on wire rack.

Cut into bars. Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.

Makes 24 bars
