I printed the recipe and will try it
soon. I have just a couple
of questions.
1) what is the liquid equivilent to 1 package
of dry pectin? 2 pgk. of liquid pectin?
I've never seen dry pectin and
2) can I substitute honey for sugar? I raise
bees and I have access to lots of honey.
oh and one more question please...
3) if I can substitute...what is the ratio of
honey to sugar?
