me know that in my own little way I had helped for life to become again almost normal. Rudy Giuliani was so emphatic and so true when he said that the true intention of the enemies of America was to break our spirits. The only way that they can do that is through desperation, unhappiness, disenchantment and constant worry. Therefore we must continue going on no matter what our deep feelings are. We must be brave and happy because America is America, and we will go on with God's help, no matter how many attacks or atrocities are committed. Mickey you had also helped inmensely with your constant support and wonderful recipes.

By the way, could you also include the recipes asked by Karen. I will greatly appreciate it because I dont have the book.
