Thank You: Poteca Nut Roll - How many should this recipe make
Misc.Of all the nutroll recipes on the web, yours most closely resembled what I remember having as a kid. I made my first attempt last night (11/19/07) - I think you may have omitted "divide the dough into 2 parts", because I ended up with one enormous nut roll! It's about the size of a super-large stromboli. I would have cut it in half, but once you get the filling spread, there's no turning back. If it tastes as good as it looks (won't know until Thanksgiving), who cares how big it is! Thanks again.
