That is a wonderful recipe - I had been trying to come up with something special for appetizer and this does it - thanks so much!

I also plan to do a green olive tapenade on garlic'd oven-browned French baguette slices, with thin sliced tomato and herbed cream cheese. Everyone seems to like that one, too.
