Thank You: Steak Soup

Wow,

Iron Tender Steak Soup, That was sooo long ago...
I worked at that restaurant in El Paso back in the late 1970s and early 80s and made the steak soup sometimes. It sure was good, but it was a highly guarded secret recipe.

I remember writing it down one time and being reprimanded by management for doing so.

It is great to find the recipe. I will have to try and make the soup sometime!!!
