Gina, I'm planning to put a batch in the crock pot for tomorrow night. As you say, it's pretty much a meal in itself, so maybe just something fruity for dessert would be a nice finish.

Elly, I will definitely have to try your recipe! That onion soup mix is very versatile, but I've never seen it used in this way. Thanks again!
