Eggy,

Thank you for that soup - it looks good, but I am looking for a condensed
version so if the recipe (like a casserole) calls for a can of cream of mushroom
soup, I can add my own mixture.
I think I may try your soup though, I never heard of eating cream of mushroom
soup before I met my husband - I thought it was just for casseroles! I think
homeade would be so much better than canned!
