Dear Gladys,

I just read your post from 2003 to Rosemary for a green enchilada sauce. We have a wonderful Mexican restaurant here in town, El Castillo, and the chef makes the most divine green sauce. I tried and tried and tried to duplicate it and got pretty close, but it was very time-consuming. I think your recipe is probably the same as the chef's. I am going to try it today!

I hope that you are doing better. Everyone misses your posts.
