Recipe: Green Enchilada Sauce - Another recipe for Rosemary

Hi Rosemary:-) Here is another Green Enchilada Sauce rceipe from the cookbook Lone Star Legacy. I have not tried it,

Green Enchilada Sauce

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken sou2 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chilies
1 pint sour cream

Comboine spinach, broth, soups and chilies in a blender until smooth. Add sour cream. Makes enough sauce for 24 enchiladas.
