Thank You: Thanks!

Misc.

THANKS, Jeanne!

I haven't cooked with it yet. Perhaps Margaret could share some of her Thai recipes with us using it. I have ordered a Thai cookbook, it should be here within a couple of weeks. My co-worker loves Thai food and talks about the dishes she had in Boston that have lemon grass in them. She was my "excuse" to buy this plant. (Like I needed one.)

Isn't lemon grass also supposed to repel mosquitos? Or am I thinking of the wrong plant? Anyway, I have only had mine a month and it has more than doubled in size, it is a beautiful plant!
