Thanks, but I came up with a meal (that, yes, will be posted at the end of the week) all on my own. Your suggestions sound delicious but we are going to have lamb shanks that I am starting on the stovetop and ending in the crockpot, a bruschetta appetizer (topping made the day before) and polenta made in the microwave (done many times and loved every time). Also a Chocolate Mousse Pie made the day before. Should be delicious.
